Server Maintenance Jan 4 2013

To offer a better gaming experience, we will be performing server maintenance on 0:00 am PST, Friday, January 4, 2013. Estimated duration: 30 minutes.

The Holiday Events will end after the maintenance. Weekly sales on M1 – S15, guiding events S16 will be updated. Please check the bulletin board in game after the maintenance for the details.

* The next week’s maintenance will be set back to Thursday.

    It is now fifteen and a half hours after the server maintenance was suppose to be done on S11-Lyra and it’s not back up. I was unable to log in before 00:00 too.

    I do believe some update should be made instead of “soon”.

    I play via facebook and HAVE not been able to log into Light of Nova for 2 days now…. Not a happy camper when all I get is a white screen.

      white screen. IS COURSED BY FLASH PROBLEMS …..CHET TO SEE if its up to dat if it is then unstall it and install and older virsen that should fix the problem

    I still can’t get into Server 14 Draco. I was on twice today, but mostly Haven’t been able to log on. I have to re-boot all the time, so I couldn’t avoid today. I now can only get a little white blob at top left of screen. Have numerous times, from all methods. When is this going to be fixed?

      I was finally able to Log in using Explorer. I had to re-log onto Facebook twice, but I’m finally in the game. Lots of Res to spend!

      Due to some technical issues, you can’t play Light of Nova from facebook now. However, you can still play the game. Here are the steps:

      4. Click the “Login with facebook” button in the popup window
      5. Then, you will log in our portal with your facebook account in a few seconds.

      If you play directly from our website and you can’t log in, please try to clear the entire cache or use other browsers to have a try. Hope this helps!

    Can no longer log in from Facebook. 3 months of building up resources, planet and commander expertise and all the above comment replies have to offer is log into Joyfort server and start again. Most annoying.

      The above steps will not let you start again. They just guide you to play your original character and server from Joyfort Portal. You could have a try.
      Also, if you don’t like to do that, there is another way to guide you to enter our game.

      Create your Joyfort account and bind it with your Facebook Login with the following link:

    i had to make a new account just to get support for my old account & still waiting & i bet no one gets any free speedups or diamonds for time lost. as a new player to game i think i will just quit playing & save my money for a game that works

        YES i tried to Create a Joyfort account and bind it with my Facebook. now when i log in i get username/password wrong so i clicked on forgot password i put my username & email in & got DID NOT SET A VALID EMAIL. HAVE SENT ABOUT 6 TICKETS IN FOR THIS 2 MEMBERS OF STAFF HAVE SENT ME NEW ACCOUNT INFO YET I HAVE NOT HAD ANY NEW EMAILS?? SO I AM GOING ROUND & ROUND I THINK ITS MY USERNAME MESSING IT UP NOT MY EMAIL

            well been sitting here for 7 hours thinking…its too late now to get the 300 points rewards so i will quit playing this game & go back to playing dragons of atlantis on kabam.com in the 3 years i have been playing i have never had to wait more then a day to get things sorted maybe cos last year i spent over £150 on the game maybe not. all i know is im sick of waiting..my loss a game i did like ur loss a player that spends on games

    LMAO yes i tried the information!!! i got in the first & only email i got from joyfort i do know a bit about computers like how to put my username & email in to change my password if i forget it but when i get DID NOT SET A VALID EMAIL after doing this HOW DO I FIX THAT cant get support for my account cos I DID NOT SET A VALID EMAIL ???? so how do i get my email wrong only had it about 7 years “I GIVE UP!!” u can keep my invalid email

    witch if u have done correctly, it should be binded with your facebook
